Welcome to ValueMeN.O.W. (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, membership, events, programs, and all services offered by ValueMeN.O.W. (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Membership Terms

  • Memberships officially begin May 1, 2025.

  • Memberships are open to women 18 years and older.

  • Introductory pricing is valid until May 1, 2025; ValueMeN.O.W. reserves the right to adjust pricing thereafter.

  • Membership benefits include, but are not limited to:

    • Monthly webinars

    • Access to live events

    • Workshops

    • Book club meetings

    • Gym passes (as specified)

    • Forum access

    • Retreat opportunities

Payment & Renewal

  • Memberships are billed monthly or as specified at the time of purchase.

  • All membership sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the membership term begins.

  • Memberships automatically renew unless canceled in writing 30 days before renewal.

2. Event Participation

  • Some events may have limited capacity. Priority is given to active members.

  • Members must RSVP to attend live events.

  • ValueMeN.O.W. is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur at events or activities.

  • Event schedules, locations, and availability may change based on community needs or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Code of Conduct

Our community thrives on respect, integrity, and inclusivity. By participating, you agree to:

  • Treat all members, guests, and partners with respect.

  • Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or any offensive behavior.

  • Maintain confidentiality of member conversations and sensitive information shared in private forums, events, or workshops.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and event recordings created by ValueMeN.O.W., including logos, webinars, and workshops, are the intellectual property of ValueMeN.O.W.

  • You may not share, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

5. Business Collaborations and Promotions

  • Business opportunities shared within the community are at the discretion of the founders.

  • ValueMeN.O.W. is not liable for any business arrangements, services, or products exchanged between members or third parties.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

  • ValueMeN.O.W. collects personal data (name, email, phone number) solely for community engagement, event communication, and updates.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Participation in ValueMeN.O.W. activities is voluntary.

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during events, workshops, or connections made through the network.

  • Services are provided “as is” with no guarantees of specific outcomes, results, or business success.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
